After you have cooked up a fabulous gourmet dinner and have set the table with fine china and crystal topped off with a vase of fresh cut flowers, light an aromatherapy candle that creates sensuality with oils like vanilla, neroli, rose, clary sage, sandalwood.
Always keep in mind that if you are burning multiple candles, only group those of the same type. Don\'t light relaxing and invigorating candles at the same time, they will compete with each other and the loser will be you.
Remember, aromatherapy candles aren\'t just for company and special occasions; you can use them everyday to increase your own quality of life. Aromatherapy candles can go a long way to giving you pleasure with very little exertion on your part.
