You can find out what they're downloading, what they're looking at and who they are chatting with. You can see transcripts of every instant messaging conversation as well as receive copies of every e-mail on their computer. You can get results of online and offline activities including passwords. Programs can give you very basic reporting or advanced information as well.
If you are suspicious about his behavior, you have a right to find out if he's being honest and faithful to you. There are tools to help and you don't need a bachelor's degree in computer science to get to the answers.
